Established in early November of 2021, ADOR (All Doors One Room) is a new independent label under the HYBE multi-label system. HYBE’s former CBO Min Hee-jin is appointed as its CEO to carry out "differentiated" projects that have not been attempted by the existing labels. ADOR plans to debut its first rookie girl group in the third quarter of 2022.
Min Hee-jin is widely known as a pioneer who redefined the keyword of “concept” by utilizing novel artist branding tactics and creatives never-before-seen in the Korean entertainment industry. She has been credited with ushering in a new era in the girl group history starting with Girls' Generation, one of K-pop’s most quintessential acts, and then adopting innovative artist branding with SHINee and EXO.
